How to Build an Effective Sales Academy
1. General
Selling accredited legal entities that execute training, coaching, assessments and consultancy assignments at their own risk and use Sellingnet's (training) materials and (-) methodologies for this. The agency that applies this Code of Conduct is accredited by Sellingnet, hereinafter referred as 'Sellingnet partner'. The code of conduct aims to determine the behavior of the Sellingnet partner in all interactions, in particular with regard to Clients and fellow Sellingnet partners.
2. Framework
A Sellingnet partner adheres to the law, the Sellingnet Partner Contract, the General Terms and Conditions of Sellingnet, the present Code of Conduct and Clients' specific internal company rules. A Sellingnet partner abstains actions that could hurt the reputation of Sellingnet or the Client in any way.
3. Responsibility
The Sellingnet partner will adopt a professional attitude towards the Client, with the use of all his or her qualitative expertise. The Sellingnet partner will avoid that interests other than in an excellent execution of the assignment, will play a role in the relationship with the Client, in order to be able to guarantee an independent position.
4. Quality
Each assignment will be carried out under the responsibility of the Sellingnet partner itself. The Sellingnet partner only accepts those assignments for which he or she has the qualifications in accordance with the Training & Qualification Process (TKP). A Client can request to receive a so-called TKP file (Training & Qualification Process File) from the Sellingnet partner. The Client will be made sufficiently clear by a written agreement (quotation, contract) what can be expected in the specific assignment situation.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 The Sellingnet partner will protect Client's confidential and proprietary information. All Client's confidential and proprietary information should be maintained in strict confidence, except when disclosure is authorized by the Client.
5.2 Information that has been obtained in a confidential manner from employees of the Client and for which source reference is not necessary, will only be given to the Client if employees have given prior permission. The Sellingnet partner will not give unfavourable judgment about employees of the Client. And if so, the employees must have been explicitly informed in advance of the standards on which judgment is based. Employees must be able to take notice of this judgment in advance, as well as the grounds on which this judgment is based.
6. Competitive assignments
The Sellingnet partner will not simultaneously or sequentially carry out activities of a strategic nature with competing Clients - which can be presumed to be a conflict of interest at a strategic level.
7. Results
The Sellingnet partner will try to do his or her best to achieve the result stated in a written agreement (quotation, contract).
8. Consensus
Before accepting the assignment, the Sellingnet partner ensures that there is a written consensus between the Client and the Sellingnet partner regarding the conditions of the assignment. This is shaped by the General Terms and Conditions of Sellingnet that the Sellingnet partner applies. The Client agrees that the copyrights of the (training) materials and (-) methodologies belongs to Sellingnet.
9. Changed circumstances
If new facts or circumstances arise during the execution of the assignment, which would prejudice the written consensus between the Client and the Sellingnet partner, then the Client and the Sellingnet partner will consult about this matter, in order to make further written agreements.
10. Progress
The Sellingnet partner will keep the Client informed of the progress of his or her work. In addition, the Sellingnet partner provides on request insights into the methods he or she applies in the various phases of the assignment.
11. Documentation
The Sellingnet partner keeps documentation of the assignment and he or she ensures that the information that is collected cannot be misused. If possible, information is therefore not stored locally, but on the secure Sellingnet's Cloud Platform.
12. Fee
The Sellingnet partner will charge a fee for the assignment that is in accordance with the services provided and the accepted responsibilities. The fee is the amount of labor and costs spent on the assignment. The Sellingnet partner does not charge any other fees related to the assignment.
13. Co-operation
The Sellingnet partner has a written agreement of everyone's contribution and responsibility in collaboration with other Sellingnet partner(s). The Sellingnet partner will not undertake activities for new assignments with the aim of withholding the same assignment or Client from another Sellingnet partner.
14. Assignment evaluation
The execution of assignments is subject to an evaluation or audit by Sellingnet. After an assignment has ended, Sellingnet checks whether the assignment has been carried out in accordance with the contract and the quality requirements set by Sellingnet.
15. Compliance
The Sellingnet partner must adhere to the present Code of Conduct. Compliance with this is promoted by Sellingnet. If a Sellingnet partner does not comply with this Code of Conduct you can report this to Sellingnet: telephone: +31 (0) 74 711 02 62.
